Our Executive Chef, Pedro Perez Guerrero, pictured (centre) with some of our other Restaurant staff, started his career in catering at the Restaurant Adolfo in Malaga. Working as Chef in Restaurant La Mirage in Benalmadena (Carvajal), he then worked with Peter Dean, the first owner of Valparaiso and Mijas Playa. Following a spell as Chef in Restaurant Porton del Coto ( Mijas), he has since worked for many years as the Executive Chef at Miraflores Golf Restaurant.
